Discovering the new? Exercise 6

I am working on my exercises in a slightly backwards way which is not unusual for me as linear is for linear people! Here is exercise 6 I guess.

Well it is Olympics games this week again and I lament the speed of the internet with watching the Live feed from TV One! Just turn the TV on I say!

I have been impressed however at the speed that the New Zealand Herald gets the latest stories up and at least it offers some analysis, unlike TV One on the Web!

I like Flickr's goal of sharing and creating a real community but I still need something to explain the Adobe Photoshop software that I seem to struggle with! Oh well nothing like learning by doing.

And a Ps on blogs! Who wants to read your blog except you!

Rss and Blogging again

Some sites are just a bit weird, didn't like technorati and and Topix.net was obviously far too newsworthy for my search on dog taining blogs. Oh well onward and upward...

7.2 RSS Feeds

Am searching for feeds that might interest me. A bit of Hollywood gossip never goes astray! Created my Bloglines account easily and see it as a useful "Management tool". Otherwise keeping track of what I don't like.....

I really like getting the Radio New Zealand Headlines. Written like professionals. Yay. At least that has a point otherwise alot of feeds look like spam spam spam....

Really you would need an awful lot of time to keep up with them all!

Catching up with the Programme

On a dial up connection today and discovering that not all will be equal in the future struggles to stay technologically capable.......in other words tearing my hair out while I wait for pages to load! Am two weeks behind with the programme due to a hardware issue that involved fingers, hope to catch up!
